If there were less stars to give i would. I used to be loyal to sportclips because they were always nice and had premium hair care products. However, once they implemented their online check in system their service has gone in the dumps. The first time it happened there was an available stylist and just me in barbershop and they wouldn't take me ahead of the people who weren't there, it would be another hour. They seemed to have stopped that, but today was different. Today I was the first to check in online. As I arrived to the store, as I was typing in my number that I had arrived, it booted me out of the system and I was told I would have to go to the back of the line and wait an hour. Absolutle lunacy. I will never go back until they fix this broken system that would never occur at a traditional barber where you show up wait for ten minutes tops and get a barber. The manager told me there was nothing she could do. This is the worst customer service ever. If someone called ahead before anyone else anywhere else and then as they arrived were told sorry we decided that as you walked in we can't take you, wait another hour, you would be as livid as I am. I will recommend against ever going to sportclips ever just dont put up with mediocrity.
