All 3 of my boys come here for haircuts and we walk away happy every time. My youngest has some sensory issues but the staff are so wonderful that he gives them hugs when he comes in.

I love visiting Sport Clips in the davenport location, every time I walk in I'm welcomed by the whole staff and leave with a smile on my face! They give me the haircut I'm looking for and give awesome ideas on product and have no problem showing me how to use them and why I should be and the MVP left me feeling very refreshed. I'd recommend Sport Clips to anyone looking for the best haircut experience!

I went to your establishment today on the recommendation of my sister who takes her two young children there to get haircuts, as well as her husband. She has stated time and time again how wonderful you the stylists are to the her children and how great the overall experience is. When I went in today with my 4 year old and my 7 month old , I was just looking for my daughter to get a trim on her hair. Again my sister has taken her children to you a dozen times, As soon as I walked in Tessa greeted us with a very un welcome smile and attitude. she very rudely asked our name and did state that we did not have an appointment, She the Repeated in a very angry tone "what is your name" So I stated my daughters name and she then took us back to a chair, when we were approaching she immediately stated that she does not do women's hair, Ok well this is a child and I just need a trim, I showed her a picture of a short bob style for her to do and she stated " I will try my best" . When My daughter sat down and Tessa started to cut she instructed my daughter to put her head down, which she did and then a couple times she did lift her head as well, every time my daughter lifted her head Tessa would promptly stop cutting her hair and roll her eyes at the situation. I can not tell you how many times she did this because it was so many I lost count. During this experience My daughter was externally well behaved she did not cry, yell, scream, she just moved her head a couple times, as well as my 7 month old not a peep from him. however Tessa treated us like my children where demon spawn. When we the hair cut was over and we where getting ready to pay I was charged $16.00 for a 4 year old hair cut that lasted 5 min, my sister informed me she never paid more than $ 7-10 for her daughters hair cut which was a trim as well. I made sure to let my sister know of how horrible the service and price where and she stated that she will never come back to them again and we both will make sure to tell our moms groups and friends of how awful this place is to family's. I understand that you are not geared toward children but when you are recommended by another family to come and treated the way we were is unacceptable. I am so disappointed that a business would hire an stylist that treats anyone with this kind manor I have worked in customer service before and you keep your problems outside the door and not take them in with you, if you are having a bad day or things are going on with you, you never should treat other people like garbage. I will never come back to this place again and Will let everyone know about them as well.
