Wow..... Extremely terrible. First off my hair cut normally takes under a half hour. I sat in the chair for an hour or more. The barber didn't seem to know how to cut hair. While I was getting my hair butchered, I noticed I wasn't the only one. There was another girl just going as fast as she could with zero care. Her customers looked uncomfortable. Then after all of that I was basically forced to tip five dollars. Like that was needed. Total cost for a butchered cut. 31.50... In much better places, with the same 5 buck tip, never hits 31 bucks. This place is a rip off. I recommend any where else but here. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

Worst experience ever. My 13 years old son is very particular with his hair cut. We just moved here from Florida and still trying a good barber. He found this place on google and said it look like a nice barbershop. He so excited to give it a try. We couldn’t get in the first time so today I made sure I check him in right after school. He even bring in a photo to show the stylist of what he wanted. The outcome is so bad that I almost broke out in tears. Because I know he will be sad for days and I would hear it from him. She gave have a bowl cut. Nothing look like the picture. The back has too layers. So short from bottom and a so even bowl in the middle of his head. No blending at all of how the picture show. She blamed on my son of that’s how he wanted. He’s a child and he brought in a picture. She should know better of what to do. She kept calling for help of explaining from another person. I have to tell her o don’t need to hear it from her anymore but just to get don hair fix from someone else so she could stop. A manager stepped in to fix it. It’s better but not close to what he’s expecting, it is so much shorter. Without a surprise. He is frustrating and even told his friend about a bad haircut experience. He asked me why she couldn’t do according to the picture…I brought a picture….why….why? The manager didn’t charge us for the hair cut and I tipped them anyway. I thought maybe I’ll request the manager next time for his hair cut, but he said…I don’t think they know what they’re doing their mom. So disappointed !!!! :(

One stylist was very kind and accommodating, the other was very rude and clearly did not want to be there and it showed in her body language and attitude. I don’t know if it was because my boys are middle school age and she didn’t want to deal with them or what. The haircuts were nice however, just didn’t leave feeling too great.
